Land Management Plan
Management report based on a scale of permanence framework including:
Analysis of Climate, Soil, and Geography specific to the site.
Analysis and development of design and management strategies around Water flows and Dams, Revegetation, and management of weeds and wildlife on the property.
Farm Management Plan
Given analysis of Climate, Soil, Geography, and Water Systems from above:
Development of a farm plan covering implementation and management of: Fencing, perennial and annual Plantings, and the use of Animals in the system.
Recommendations on economies of scale for the development of enterprises on the property.
Existing conditions site plan and Landscape plans
Given context development and site analysis from reports; 1 or 2 Detailed digital graphical A2 or A1 drawings to scale including:
Existing conditions mapping and base map development.
Proposed concept.
Existing and proposed placement of roads and dams or other water harvesting and storage systems.
Layout of proposed fencing and irrigation mainlines. (A detailed irrigation plan is an extra).
Specific vegetation and tree crop placement.
Detailed perennial plant lists including revegetation and crops.
A legend.
Cross-section drawings (if required).
Design walk-through (if required).
